Welcome to Ivy Jordan Coaching (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website located at [www.ivyjordancoaching.com] (the “Site”), and any related content, features, or products provided by Ivy Jordan Coaching (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We provide online one-on-one coaching services to individuals and businesses across California and the United States.”
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payment and Fees
We charge per hour for our private coaching services and packages.
All payments are due in U.S. dollars. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate allowed by California law. You are responsible for all applicable taxes unless we are required to collect them.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
We offer no refunds after the 7 day purchase of our private coaching services and packages.
Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds are issued after work has begun unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Use the Services for fraudulent or malicious purposes
- Infringe upon our intellectual property or that of others
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, service descriptions, and software used in connection with our Services are the property of Ivy Jordan Coaching or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of our content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivy Jordan Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the Services in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ivy Jordan Coaching and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Site or through other means. Continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
